*IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using

Nouvelle. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by

these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.*

1. What Nouvelle Is

Nouvelle is an educational information tool. It provides general

information about common patterns in divorce proceedings based on the

inputs you provide. It is designed to help you organize your thoughts,

understand common process stages, identify questions to raise with an

attorney, and prepare for consultations with licensed legal

professionals.

Nouvelle is not a law firm. Nouvelle does not provide legal advice.

Nouvelle does not provide legal representation. No attorney-client

relationship is created by using this service. No professional

relationship of any kind is created through use of the service.

2. What Nouvelle Is Not

Nouvelle is not intended to be relied upon for making legal decisions.

Any decisions regarding divorce proceedings should be made in

consultation with a licensed attorney. You should not rely on

Nouvelle's output to make legal decisions. Always consult a licensed

family law attorney before making decisions about your divorce.

3. Educational Information Only

All content generated by Nouvelle reflects general educational

information about common patterns in divorce proceedings. It does not

constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or a legal determination of any

kind. The information provided is based on general patterns and may not

reflect the laws, procedures, or outcomes in your specific jurisdiction,

or the specific facts of your situation.

Laws vary significantly by state, county, and jurisdiction. Judicial

outcomes vary by judge, court, and individual circumstances. Nothing in

Nouvelle's output should be interpreted as a statement of what will

happen in your specific case.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Nouvelle makes no representations or warranties that the information

provided will lead to any particular outcome in your divorce

proceedings. Divorce outcomes depend on many factors outside Nouvelle's

knowledge or control, including specific facts, applicable law, judicial

discretion, and the conduct of the parties involved.

5. AI-Generated Content

Nouvelle uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized

educational content based on your inputs. AI-generated content may

contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content should

be independently verified before being used in any decision-making

context. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any

legal, financial, or other consequential decisions. Always verify

information with a licensed attorney.

6. Payment and Refunds

Nouvelle charges a one-time fee for access to the full guide. Payment is

processed through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to pay the

stated fee in exchange for access to the generated guide.

All sales are final. Nouvelle does not offer refunds once the full guide

has been generated and delivered. If you believe your guide was not

generated correctly, contact hello@getnouvelle.com and we will review.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents guide delivery,

contact hello@getnouvelle.com within 48 hours.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Nouvelle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is

incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Nouvelle, you

consent to the collection and use of information as described in the

Privacy Policy.

The answers you provide during the intake questionnaire are used solely

to generate your personalized guide. Nouvelle does not sell your

personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nouvelle platform, including its design, code, and system

architecture, is owned by Northline Ventures LLC. The personalized guide generated

for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not

resell, redistribute, or publish guide content without written

permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOUVELLE LLC AND ITS

OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,

INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ANY

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY NOUVELLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOUVELLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID

FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northline Ventures LLC and its owners,

operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses

(including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the

service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on Nouvelle's

content for legal decision-making.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOUVELLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS

OR IMPLIED. NOUVELLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE

UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE

ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of

Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any

disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Nouvelle shall be

resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

Nouvelle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated

Terms will be posted at getnouvelle.com/terms with a revised effective

date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance

of the updated Terms.
