Intake questionnaire responses (state, divorce type, children, assets, living situation, attorney status, primary concern, and optional name)
Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; Nouvelle does not store your card number or full payment details

Information collected automatically:

Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) via standard web analytics
IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes
Cloudflare may collect standard network-level data as part of hosting and security services

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate your personalized educational guide based on your intake responses
To process payment through Stripe
To respond to support inquiries
To improve the product and identify technical issues

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Intake questionnaire responses are used to generate your guide in real time. We do not retain your specific answers in a permanent database linked to your identity after guide generation. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement purposes. We do not link anonymized data back to identifiable users.

Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies and applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

Nouvelle uses the following third-party services to operate:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Anthropic — AI model used to generate guide content. Inputs are processed through Anthropic's API. Anthropic's Privacy Policy applies.
Cloudflare — hosting and security. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend's Privacy Policy applies.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (as described above) or as required by law.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Nouvelle uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function (session management, security). We also use browser local storage to remember whether you've purchased the full guide so you don't have to pay again on return visits from the same browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the site.
